Owner of call-status reliability and the search / statistics APIs on a NestJS microservices stack for a legal-consultation call platform.

• Designed a unified call-status resolution engine mapping 20+ Exotel telephony statuses across V1/V2/V3 webhook formats into a 10-value internal enum, with direction-, duration- and database-aware resolution logic.
• Identified and fixed 13 production bugs from real call data (duplicate-webhook races, V2/V3 field mismatches, business logic overwriting telephony status), eliminating false “calls auto-disconnecting” reports that had blocked the operations team.
• Killed a production double-assignment race in the inbound call router with an atomic conditional UPDATE claim, a guarded assignment write and a Redis SET NX single-flight lock, verified with a harness firing 10 simultaneous claimers against real MySQL.
• Built a two-stage verification pipeline (synchronous webhook + async V3 API) with defense-in-depth (cleanup cron, delayed reconciliation) so status stays accurate despite unreliable webhook delivery.
• Cut SearchCalls API latency ~50% by parallelizing sequential DB and enrichment calls; built a Call-Logs Statistics API 4× faster than the previous client-side aggregation of 1,000+ records.
